Another bucket list to crash out -- Visit Bohol. It was a spontaneous decision for me to go with my cousins because I didn't ask my parents for money for the fare or even ask them If I can go. It was supposed be my brother, he's the one who asked my parents. But he didn't knew that the departure will be on the day on his final examinations week. After knowing he then asked me if I can depart instead of him, I was available that time because it was our semester break. So I then asked out my parents.. and BAM! departure ticket was booked, clothes were packed and of course adventure kit was prepared. It was just like a dream for me to visit Bohol because I only see it at postcards and images on the internet. I planned on going to Bohol when I am stable in my future job, but, this is something. I NEVER expect this to happen.
We all know that in year 2013, Bohol encountered 7.2 magnitude earthquake and in just 3 weeks after the quake, super typhoon Yolanda struck the region. But in our visit, Bohol clearly stood up in the calamities that happened. Though churches and infrastructures were cracked, they develop it and refurbished the affected parts.
I would like to say that I enjoyed staying in Bohol, people are friendly and everything you see is so natural and ingenuous.
