Aside from the well-known white sand beaches and ancient churches, Chocolate Hills and Tarsier-Seeing are also the main reasons why tourists all around the world crave to visit Bohol. Well, I am blessed and privileged to be here and see them in person! I'm from Iligan City (which is far from the province of Bohol) and I only see these Hills and Tarsiers in the magazines, internet, history books and etc. Of course it would be normal for me to be hysterical about what I feel, This is once in a lifetime opportunity my friends. I remember the day when I asked my papa if we go to Bohol just to see the Tarsiers but my family was too busy to even take a visit -- well, that was before. Now that I am here, I promised my self to stare at them both and familiarize from edges to curves just so when I want to remember them, I can recall the Tarsiers and the Chocolate Hills like I saw them just yesterday. And so I did, staring. I don't want to let the chance pass. I might visit here again in years - or worse, never.
I am a fan of the saying "Leave the gadget, Live the moment." Yes, but with this view? you just can't resist grabbing your phone and camera to take such an amazing wonder! But after taking pics, back to my fascinating reality. So... here are some best pictures of ours that I want to share to you how beautiful Chocolate Hills and Tarsiers are.

Shh! look at the banner. That's the second rule, Tarsiers don't want to be disturbed. The first rule is quite important: while taking pictures, NO FLASH . The girl wearing violet blouse is our tour guide, she told us few tarsiers died because flashing. Well, She's good in searching for the tiny tarsiers!
You just can't believe that this tarsier is just 2 and a half years old. Such a cutie! | Uhm, which is which? |
INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT TARSIERS:
